Returns

Jules & Eve will be happy to accept returns on unworn, unscented and unwashed items with original tags still attached within 7 business days of receipt. Returns are accepted on regular priced items only. Items that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. All Sale Items, Jewellery, Accessories (including scarves, purses etc.) and Cosmetics are Final Sale!

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization for identification purposes. Returns that are not authorized will experience delays in processing, and will be rejected upon arrival.

To receive a Return Authorization Form, please email our Customer Care Center at info@julesandeve.com and provide the following information:

  • Order Number
  • The names and sizes of the items you wish to return
  • Quantity
  • Reasons for the return

Returns that are received with proper authorization will be refunded within 1-2 weeks of receipt. The refund will be processed to the same account that was used to pay for the order, and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution. When the refund is processed, you will receive an email notification from J & E providing you with a verification number for your records. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable and that return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility except in the case of carrier damage or an error by J & E.

Exchanges

Jules & Eve will exchange items that are unworn, unscented and unwashed with original designer tags attached to your garment within 10 business days of receipt. All exchanges must be accompanied by a Return Authorization for identification purposes. Exchanges that are not authorized will experience delays in processing.

Exchanges are accepted on regular priced items only. All Sales Items, Jewellery, Accessories and Cosmetics are Final Sale!

Shipping

Original shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility except in the case of carrier damage or an error by J & E.

Damages

Any claims for carrier damaged items must be submitted to our Customer Care Center within 3 business days after receipt of your delivery.
Jules & Eve is not responsible for, nor issue a refund for any carrier damaged goods if notified more than 3 business days after the date of delivery. Any refund or re-ship will be processed following inspection of the product(s).

Gift Returns

If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to your Jules & Eve account (you will need to register your details). The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for 3 months. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, and taxes.

Shoes

All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without boxes or in damaged boxes may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

Cosmetics and Fragrance

All Skincare and Cosmetics will be a Final Sale due to hygienic reasons.

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
